A few years ago I managed to lose 7 stone and felt fantastic, since then the weight has crept back on to the point that I really need to do something about it. This is not a New Years resolution but a realisation that if I don’t want my health to seriously suffer I need to shed the weight. I won’t bore you unduly with my efforts but at the end of every week (on a Saturday morning) I will let you know how much weight I have lost that week, bit like a weight watchers session with a slightly higher number of people attending!
