P and L reviews

Today is my first day of reviews, we have had a decent January which will make the reviews go a little easier. We had a good day yesterday having managed to finalise marketing plans for the quarter, we also had some good discussions on marketing direction for some of our restaurants.

For the weekend I am going to be out and about in restaurants which I’m looking forward to as this week I’ve been in the office rather more than I would have liked.
