Only a couple of days to go until my family arrives for a visit, I’m really looking forward to them getting here and I plan to reduce my workload whilst they are here. They will be out for a month to get a feel for Kuwait before returning to the UK with the plan being that they return to Kuwait somewhere towards the end of the summer. It would be great to have them here earlier but with summer temperatures climbing above 50 degrees it might not be a good idea! We may well change our plans, it’s just a case of playing things by ear.
I’m in the office this morning for team meetings along with meetings with support centre staff before heading out to one of our restaurants for my monthly strategy meeting. We will be having our first managers get together within the next week or so which will be a great opportunity to talk about my vision for the business.
