It’s been a day of contrasts, had a great morning with one of the L&D team, we came up with the basis for a great management course which I am certain will add value.
The afternoon was taken up with some people issues, I’m obviously not going to go into detail other than to say how supportive the HR team were. What’s interesting is to understand the differences in employment law and its application.
I’m now heading off to the mall to do some much needed shopping as its only a couple of days before my family arrive.
