This is way too early & tablets of stone

Up early after a sleepless night, not a great start to the day. 

I’ve been keeping up with the progress of the election campaign and have to confess to having a giggle at Ed’s tablet of stone. It’s not the thing itself but the incredibly non specific, hard to measure pledges which he had chosen to inscribe upon it!

If I presented a business plan as wooly as that I would get laughed out of the board room.
