don’t let anyone fool you, success in business comes directly from having the right people who are engaged and who all pull together reaching for the same goal. If your business doesn’t have this then it won’t survive.

Hi Paolo, you are completely right saying that.
In my nearly 30 years of career I saw many cases of potential good business going really bad just because of having put the wrong people working ( or not working !) together.
Hope to meet you somewhere in the UK further down in the year.
