Well, I predicted that last nights trip home would be a ‘mare and sadly I was right, my journey started with a canceled train, numerous accidents on the M25 and long delays on the M6.
I left the office at 4:45 and arrived home at 10pm……..
Anyway, enough of the travel drama!
From next week I’m back in the office and downloading all of the information gleaned about the business thus far and then trying to shape it into a coherent business plan…..more about this in later posts.
One thing that I am acutely aware of is ensuring that the business grows at a sustainable pace and that we make as few compromises as possible. It’s easy to get obsessed with sexy new outlets and neglect your core business and this is something that I am determined that we won’t do.
