End of the week

It’s been a hugely enjoyable week, I’m tired but feeling good (if that makes any sense at all) after a week of some progress.
I’ve started my early morning stores visits and whilst this means getting out of bed earlier it’s been great to be out and about and meeting people, the visits have not last long but I’ve been able to do a store walk through and leave the manager a list of actions, this is far from ideal but for the moment it’s where we are.
Sales wise it’s been another decent week, it could have been better if the weather on Monday and Friday had been better but it’s England so you cannot really on the sun shining!
I have another day of supplier meetings and business plan work before getting into my car and heading for the North West.
