I’m about to jump into my car and head back to Cheshire, this will be my last trip up for 2015 as Moira and Alex will be spending Christmas with me in London this year. I don’t mind driving up on a Saturday morning as there is relatively little traffic about.
We are spending the weekend with my Brothers family at Alton Towers which will be fun for the kids, we were considering Disneyland Paris but Alex is still too young for that particular treat.
Looking back on the week it’s good to note another decent week’s sales with pretty strong like for like growth and a decent margin, having said that we will need to do better than this in 2016. Our focus going into the new year will be production planning as we are still not as efficient as we need to be with too much down time and too many people under occupied at certain times of the day. Part of the solution will be increasing the ratio of part time to full time staff although there are other avenues which we will be exploring.
