New week, new year.

i was up bright and early and I’m now on a packed commuter train heading into London. Like many people I am experiencing a bit of a shock as I head into work as I’ve had most of Xmas off.

I’m quite optimistic about some aspects of the coming year, people wise we are in a much stronger position than when I joined and a lot of the things which we have put in place will start to make a difference.

Our shops have all been closed over the holiday period so I have all of my fingers and toes crossed for a smooth start to the year!
