My posts have been somewhat erratic over the last few days as I have been snowed under. I had a weekend on my own to try and catch up with things before diving head first into this week.
We are making some good progress in a number of areas, our waste control is improving and our recruitment process is where we want it to be. Our current mission is to do a better job of both our labour control and our scheduling which although we are hitting our budget still needs work.
On the product front we are undertaking a trial of some new grab and go sweet treats in our Houndsditch store as this has been an area which we have neglected, we are also sampling the new Spring/Summer range on Thursday which I’m especially looking forward to!
