After a very hectic couple of days I have the chance to deal with an out of control inbox and restore some order to my sadly neglected day job. I also have an ever expanding call sheet to deal with so I am going to be working from home this morning before heading into town for a medical. The rest of the day will be spent in the office as I have a couple of meetings to take.
There have been way too many distractions at the moment and I will be glad when I can actually get back to the business of running Vital on a day to dy basis as there remains a lot of work to do despite some fantastic improvements. Our Vitak Standards Review is up and running and our managers are enjoying the additional coaching and support that this program has given them. At the moment we are not scoring the review but focusing on supporting our store teams as they look to improve their operations.
What has also been successful has been the introduction of the our online customer satisfaction survey with a good level of response translating into a very pleasing net promoter score. Our challange has always been to deliver fast efficient service whilst at the same time engaging with our customers as reducing our queue times is key to delivering sales growth.
