We had our final sign off for our spring launch yesterday and it looks like we are on track to launch in mid April, this launch is not a big one as we have limited ourselves to making a few tweaks rather than wholesale changes, launches later in the year will be far more exciting! What we have been doing is tidying up our range and removing slow selling non core items, this is part of our overall strategy to focus on the elements that we (and our customers) see as our strengths (choice, freshness and health) and ensure that everything that we do really plays to those strengths. What we have been doing recently is adding some new and innovative brands to our cold drinks range as well as adding some impulse items to our till areas.
Finally, we have been looking at was in which we can provide our customers with better value for money and will actually be taking the price down on a couple of items!
