After a lovely warm weekend it’s back to work this morning. Other than our Spring launch the only major project work which we have on the go is our getting ready for peak sales project. We have just under a month to get ready to serve as many customers as possible across all of our stores. This means having enough people and ensuring that they are properly trained, this also means ensuring that every aspect of our business is geared up to focus on our customers so that we can deliver peak queuing times of well under 8 minutes.
