Busy

If I had any thoughts that post deal life would calm down a bit then I was sadly mistaken as I seems to be running about more than ever. I have a few meetings in the morning combined with some shop visits this afternoon before heading off to my second managers meeting this week, from next month we are switching to one meeting with everyone attending.

We have started to do some (long overdue) work on codifying our values and examining our culture as part of a larger project to drive staff engagement. We also have sour second team member survey in the pipeline and I am hopeful this after the work which we have done we will see a big improvement in our engagement score.
