Property

We are due to complete on one new property today with another hopefully following this week. It’s been quite difficult getting these deals over the line as the MBO slowed things down somewhat. We have offers outstanding on several more locations so I have my fingers crossed that we can pull these off over the coming weeks as we are still aiming for 8 new stores this year which will take us up to 25.

Today should be less hectic than recent days as my day will be spent catching up with members of the office team as well as with a couple of store managers. Other than that I have preparation to do for tomorrow’s mini board meeting as well as some work to do with our property pipeline.
