Update 

It’s been a hectic first week back for all sorts of reasons and hopefully things will settle down a bit over the next few days.

One of the things which I have been working on with my team is trying to achieve some stability across the business as stability provides a platform for success. We are getting there with our managers and with our core team members but still have work to do.

Finally, our second staff survey has gone out to our people and I’m really looking forward to receiving the results
