Shop visits

The board meeting went reasonably well yesterday and we can away with a couple of actions. We have come up with some good ideas for breakfast which we are really excited about and which could really transform breakfast at Vital. More news about this over the coming months 

This morning I’m going to be carrying out some store visits and one to ones with managers. Our focus has been around developing weekly actions plans which the store managers can work on as well as helping the managers become better commercial thinkers
