Out and about 

In out in shops this morning carrying out one to ones with some of our managers. At the moment we are asking our managers to provide a weekly commentary on the numbers and list actions that they plan to take to move the business forward, this formes the basis of our review. At the moment we are focusing our efforts on internal communications and making sure that simple things such as in store notice boards are clear as contain the right information whilst at the same time being engaging.
