It’s another early start as I have a day combining one to ones with stores managers with visits to potential new sites. I’m also hoping to avoid the rain which has been forecast for this afternoon.
I’m getting round each of my shops on a weekly basis and feel that I’m making some progress with the managers although it’s early days. One of our priorities is being more commercial and ensuring that we get good drop through from our sales, this sits alongside our desire to give our customers the best possible experience both in terms of speed and efficiency as well as quality of food and service.
We recently updated our drinks range and our next will be an update of our healthy snacks range, so watch out for this in our stores in late July
