Nearly the weekend

  
It’s that time of the week when we sell a whole range of made in house goodies at 50% off, we do this because as members of the sustainable restaurant association we are passionate about reducing our food waste and the easiest way to do this is sell out of as much fresh product as we possibly can on a Friday, why on a Friday? It’s because all of our stores are closed over the weekend so Friday is the day that we wast the most product so rather than throw good food into the bin (our food has a very short shelf life so won’t last through the weekend) we decided to give a little treat to thank you for being loyal customers.
