I have three plus hours on the train south tomorrow so I’m leaving any admin work until then. My priorities for next week are to follow up on the review seeking which we recently had on our staff survey as I need to pull together some suggestions for the team to look at. In many ways the work that we have done to improve life at Vital for our teams has started to have an impact with a higher net promotor score and a much better response when people were asked if they were proud to work forVital. Having said that we have a lot of work to do both in terms of internal communication and of team member engagement and this work needs to really gather momentum as the year progresses. Also a priority for the coming week will be to complete the legal process on a number of new stores as we are keen to get the contractors on site.
Finally, I have to spend some time reviewing the latest comments from our customer satisfaction survey and ensure that we are on track to deal any critsism which may come our way.
