After yesterday’s wash out (the forecast was for showers but the reality was more monsoon like) today promises to be a dry day. I have one to ones with store managers first thing then I have a couple of period reviews to complete. Our period reviews build on our weekly plans but are rather more wide ranging, taking in different aspects of the business such as development and our brand standards review. They are also slightly more strategic, focusing on monthly rather than weekly goals.
Other than this I have some work to do on our delivery project and some administration to catch up on.
