Summer seems to have finally arrive with a couple of scorching hot days, even today is expected to be warm. This of course is good news for us salad sellars as the warm weather brings customers out in their droves. I’m really proud of our teams as they have coped really well with the spike in demand.
Next week is going to be crazy as we have two new shops opening and three new managers starting with us but thankfully I will be there in spirit as I’m away for a well earned rest.
