We are holding our (delayed) July board meeting this afternoon, it’s never easy getting people together during the holiday season hence the delay. I’m hoping to obtain sign off on a couple of projects today and I’m also looking forward to a debate on our property pipeline which is looking a little healthier.
My first day back at work wasn’t too hectic as I’d done some work during my holiday which meant I was able to spend some quality time in our two new stores, both of which have made a positive start in terms of sales.
Finally, we had over a hundred people turn up for our party in the park, this is a monthly informal event which aims to help people from across the business get together and socialise which will hopefully help them feel part of something bigger.
