Update

It’s an early start for me as I’m hoping to beat the traffic on my way back up to the north west. It’s been a good week in many ways although the weather is still a cause of major frustration, having said that we continue to focus on lead actions rather than lag measures and my job is to ensure that every single person in the organisation makes driving profitable sales their biggest priority.
