Time is flying at the moment and as I am still attempting to keep several plates spinning which is no easy task. On the one hand I’m looking after eleven of our stores and on the other I’m attempting to fulfil my role as MD. it’s exciting but not easy!
At the moment my priority is very much on the projects which we have started and I’m happy that we have made progress on all of them.
We have just received the latest results from our guest satisfaction survey, we have been running this for a while and last month we received a record number of responses which is pleasing, even more pleasing is the fact that our net promoter score is holding steady. I read through every comment that our customers make and then review them with each of our managers, more importantly we have a plan in place to deal with the areas that our customers have asked us to improve upon.
