Managers meeting

  
I’m spending the morning conducting one to ones then the afternoon preparing and then delivering our monthly managers meeting. This is an important meeting as we will be reviewing our first 6 month performance as well as looking ahead and setting some wildly important goals for the business. Our managers are certainly becoming a more commercial bunch and whilst works remains to be done in this area I’m pleased with the progress that they have made. I’m also pleased with our brand standards review scores as they have come a long way in a short time, our shops look cleaner and we are following standards more than we use to. Lots of positives but we still have a long way to go before we regularly achieve the standards which I aspire to!
