Sales wise it’s been a fantastic week as the sunshine has brought people out and into our stores and we have had lots of fun engaging with them. We have also been busy writing to individual Club Vital members asking them for their opinions on a range of topics including how we can improve club vital once it moves away from swipe cards to an app based system. I’m really excited about our app as it gives us far more flexibility in how we reward our loyal customers as well as doing a range of things including allowing people to order a delivery or click and collect. We still have work to do on this but so far we are on target to get things completed by early October.

It’s also worth mentioning that our FriYaY offer has been so successful that we will be keeping it and also extending the offer to other days of the week!
