I watched the sunrise this morning as I had to pull together a report for next week’s board meeting and this is th kind of thing that I like to do when I am fresh rather than at the end of a long day.
Today is all about shop visits and then a managers meeting which is going to focus on the quality our service. We do an ok job but over the last few weeks we have identified ways in which we can improve so we are busy planning ways in which we can make a sustainable improvement.
Work on our new loyalty program is on going and I’m hopeful that we can come up with something that will really get our customers excited.
