It’s been a little while since a proper post as I’ve been busy.
It’s been a satisfying week as we had a good strategy day which has yielded a list of things for us to think about. Alongside this we have finalized our new loyalty scheme which answers people’s negative feedback about our current scheme.
Finally, we recently upped the size of our salads (and not increased the price) and response to this from our customers has been positive. As an MD this is one of the least controversial decisions that I’m likely to make!
