More new food and loyalty

We have two immediate priorities with regards to our food. Firstly we need to upgrade our breakfast offer and make it class competitive and secondly we need to ensure that our value proposition is class leading. We have recently reduced the price of additional ingredients and upped the contents of our salad bowls so our next step is to take a look at our deli and veggie items and try and improve our value for money.

We are not far off relaunching Club Vital and I am certain that our loyal customers are going to be pleased with the changes which we will be making. We carried out a survey of Club Vital members and asked them what we needed to do better and this feedback was the basis of our changes. More on this soon
