Out and about 

I’m in the early train into Fenchurch Street as I’m visiting 4 of my shops this morning. We have a weekly review sheet which forms the basis of my discussions with our managers and after having given it a few tweaks we now have quite a comprehensive (but relatively brief) document which helps ensure that our managers have the right priorities. I encourage the share the weekly review sheet with members of their teams and to ensure that as many people in their store as possible feel that the work they are doing will make a difference to the success of the store.
