It’s amazing at just how many things have changed in the year and a half that I have been at Vital. Hopefully this change has been perceived as being for the better but this isn’t something that I can always control. I have always described this process as one of “growing up” of moving away from a business where the individual sets the tone on how the unit is run to a place where we have evolved a framework, a way of doing things which should ensure a degree of consistency in what we do. Alongside this we are working hard on establishing a string culture and really embedding a set of behaviors into everything that we do. This won’t be an easy or even quick process but one that is essential as the business develops
