Update

Not a huge amount to talk about work wise as yesterday was spent moving house which is turning into a bit of an epic, as always with me life isn’t simple but we are making some progress

  
What’s important in the world of Vital at the moment is all the work which we are doing with our food as we have quite a few things to launch over the coming months. Over the next few weeks we will be making some more changes to our grab and go selection as well as a tweak to our salad range which will see an old favourite make a reappearance for a couple of months before we give our whole range a bit of a revamp.
