It’s been a very long day and I’m tired. There is lots going on at the moment and whilst we are making good progress in several fronts we don’t exactly have a cast of thousands in our support team so everyone is working three socks off. Customers rarely see what goes on behind the scenes in a brand so the valuable contribution made by some of the junior members of the team doesn’t always get the recognition that it deserves. To be honest I’m guilty of not thanking them enough which is something that I aim to our right very soon.
Tomorrow is a day of meetings plus preparation work for my meeting with our investors on Friday.
