It really is a ridiculous time in the morning to be getting up but these days I seem to be sleeping less and less which is not good. Rather than lie in bed tossing and turning I’ve decided to get up and head down to London a little earlier than usual which hopefully means that I won’t hit much traffic at the end of my journey.
Mine item on today’s agenda is going through the pricing of our breakfast menu and ensuring that we achieve a decent margin whilst remaining competitively priced. On a different subject we start our Petty France new store marketing campaign today with our focus being raising awareness of our new store in the immediate area.
