I’m heading off to sunny Bicester to do some product sampling at one of our suppliers, this session is part of the work which we are doing on improving our breakfast, it also forms part of the work involved in upgrading our veggie/deli items as we look to both introduce some exciting new ingredients and give our loyal customers improved value for money. This project should hit our stores in early November whilst we are on track to trial breakfast late November. We are also doing some work on our delivery product to ensure that it travels better.
Other than this trip my day will be spent catching up with our marketing people and our head of operations and I’m also hoping to deal with some admin as well.
