I find the current craze for street food mildly amusing as our street food is generally served up in tendy looking tents by bearded Hoxton types. The attached photo shows a Cairo street food stall where they served a traditional Egytian breakfast of spicy beans and flatbread. This is actually tastier than it sounds but it would have taken a much braver man than me to sample it from this stall!
I’m not doing much in the way of work today as I have lots of painting to do but will write another post for later on.
