Store number twenty is up and running and achieved record first day sales for a Vital store. We had some great customer feedback with the locals showing lots of interest and happily, thanks to our hard working team the day went off without a hitch.
Tomorrow is our first full day of trading as we will be opening for breakfast for the first time and given our close proximity to the tube station I am confident that we will build up to some decent levels of trade. I plan to be there first thing in the morning to see how the we get on.
We also had our monthly board meeting which went well, we are working well as a board with everyone getting involved in key decisions. We had some good discussions and came away have agreed on some key actions.
Now it’s time for home!
