Time out

I’m in a fairly strange part of town (strange as in I have never been here before) in a small Jazz club waiting to see a singer who I have admired for some time. I have added a link to a review of her new album for those of you who are interested

Work wise it’s been another hectic day which has been ok, tomorrow we will be holding the first of two photo shoots for our new breakfast menu and here at Vital we are all really excited about its potential.  

January is going to be a month of product launches and over the coming weeks I’m going to give you some more detail

For now, I’m going to enjoy what I hope will be a fantastic evening of music
