We had a really positive end to the week with our Friday drinks event and the training for our new breakfast menu. We have high hopes for breakfast, whilst no one (least of all me) is kidding ourselves that it will be an instant hit we are quietly confident that with hard work and the right marketing we can start to attract both our lunchtime customers and new customers to visit us at breakfast and that when they do they will be pleasantly surprised.

I’m also blown away with just how good our new point of sale material is, new graphics, bold colours and great food photography mark a new direction for us and one which I hope our customers will find clear and engaging.

There remains a lot of catching up to do but at last it feels like we are on the right path.
