There is a real holiday feeling in the air and after the mad rush of the last couple of days I can look forward to a slightly less hectic ending to the week.
Most of today is going to be spent out in shops as I been pretty invisible over the last couple of weeks and I want to take the opportunity to see a few people before the holidays.
Most of yesterday was spent in a board and in a succession meeting with time in between spent finalizing some projects. We have now started to involve our multi unit managers in these meetings and they are starting to make a valuable contribution.
