As well as launching a new range of signature and seasonal salads we have also done some work on new ingredients which will hopefully make things interesting for customers. We have also reclassified both deli and veggie items which we feel makes things easier and better value for money. We now have eight deli items which are either derived from an animal or are a substitute for something derived from an animal. For example, ham hock and tofu are deli items but roasted tomatoes and falafel aren’t. Tuna and salmon are deli items but feta cheese isn’t. Simple really!
