It’s been an ok day, full of the sort of issues that you expect to encounter on the first day back after a 10 day closure. Sadly one of our suppliers had a bit of a meltdown which had a real impact on a number of our shops.
My day was fine with the hilight being a very productive review of our January marketing program. I’m out and about in shops tomorrow following up on the training which our store managers have given their teams on our app.
We will be putting a lot of focus on some of our delivery platforms over the coming weeks as we start to drive delivery sales in earnest
