Last week was trying to say the least, business wise we had to contend with a snow storm, a rail strike and a tube strike along with a few other assorted dramas. Our salad launch was generally well received and the new point of sale looks really striking and has transformed our shops (imo of course!)
We are also gaining traction on new stores, the first of which should be open early in quarter two with a couple more on their way. We plan to slightly evolve the layout of our stores with the refresh at Maddox street being the first shop to adopt these changes.
It’s almost time for me to head north to my family and I’m hoping that the roads won’t be too bad.
