Update

I was wearing my sensible head this morning which meant that I quickly reslised that attempting a 4 hour journey not having had any sleep and feeling awful would not have been the responsible thing to do so I went back to bed.

I’m heading down to London in an hour or so but will be working from my hotel as I don’t want to spread any germs around 

Today would was meant to be a day of one to ones but this is something that I will have to deal with over the phone
