I’m heading home after a wonderful meal at the quarterly directors club dinner. The guest speaker was Rachel Brookes who is Sky’s F1 presenter. She has some fantastic behind the scenes stories to tell and came across as really down to earth.
I enjoy these events as it’s a great chance to network whilst enjoying some great company. The only downside is arriving home so late.
I’m only working a half day tomorrow as I am moving back into my flat which has been rented out for the last couple of years. I have to say that I won’t be sorry to no longer be living in a hotel.
