We are all very proud of our new app and as we emerge from the soft launch phase we will be pushing hard to encourage people to download the app and sign up for our Club Vital loyalty scheme.
We are about to enable the click and collect function and will be backing this up with the installation of dedicated pick up fridges in our stores which will really speed up the process and which will help people bypass queues at peak times. I recently read that 7% of all Starbucks sales comes from pick up sales and we are hopeful that the app will help us grow sales.
