I’m sat in our rather smart looking Gresham Street store trying to coordinate our April launch. We have no internal creative or marketing resource, instead we work with some talented and experienced individuals which is great but this approach requires a fair bit of work behind the scenes and we don’t have a huge head office team.
Most of today has been about finance and I’ve quite enjoyed getting close to the detail.
I’m about to head off to our Cullum Street store to see how they are getting on with evening deliveries.
